How to I pay for your services? 

I strive to make the payment process hassle-free. I'll send you an invoice in advance with clear payment details.

Is there a long term commitment required?

No long term commitments are required. I offer flexibility in service arrangements, allowing you to choose a level of support that suits you best. Whether it's a short-term project or ongoing assistance, I am here to help!

Can you assist with a one off project? 

Absolutely! Whether it's a one off project, a system set up or data entry - I am here to help! 

Will you be classified as an employee of my business? 

No, I am in independant contractor. 

Which is great for you, it means you don't need to worry about things like leave entitlements or superannuation. 

How do you ensure the confidentiality of my patient information?

Patient confidentiality is paramount. I take data security very seriously and adhere to strict privacy practices. All information is stored securely using cloud-based platforms with industry-standard encryption. I am also happy to discuss any specific data security concerns you may have.

Is PractiCal VA only for Allied Health Practitioner?

Absolutely not. While my passion lies in allied health, I can support any small business with their administration and business management needs. Whether you're a healthcare professional, therapist or run a different type of small business - I can tailor services to meet your unique requirements.

The onboarding process is designed to be swift and seamless. Once we've discussed your needs and decided on the services, we can get started as soon as you're ready.

Can PractiCal VA work with my existing practice management software?

Absolutely! I have experience with various practice management platforms, including Cliniko, GetTimely, PowerDiary, Halaxy, PracSuite, and many more. If your preferred system isn't on the list, I'm a quick study and can adapt to any cloud-based application.
